Cookie

Since we were talking about the Cookie class, let's take a look at it. It provides the following methods:

  • getDomain() - Returns the cookie domain.
  • getExpiry() - Returns the expiration date.
  • getName() - Returns the name.
  • getPath() - Returns the path.
  • getValue() - Returns the value.
  • isHttpOnly() - Returns whether the cookie can only be retrieved by an HTTP request (i.e. whether it is protected from hijacking via JS).
  • isSecure() - Returns whether the cookie is protected by the
