Subscribe event

Bug reproduction:
When someone subscribes me and I don't subscribe him, I got an event. But there is bad link.

Wrong behavior:
Bad message: "xxx is now your subscriber. You can {LINK|subscribe {him/her}|1} too, then you two become friends."

Expected behavior:
Good message will have good link.
