One of the best
tutorials for entering the professional programming market. The fantastic 40+
part PHP series started my programming career. Currently I've been working as a
fullstack developer for 5 years and I also have freelance deals.

Well-designed courses
for entire IT professions with interactive examples. E-learning Java and
webdesign courses from the ICTdemy guys prepared me for my job interview and now
I train ICT for a chain of private schools. I even write some courses for
ICTdemy now.

Learning to code was my
New Year's resolution. I found the best source of information at ICTdemy -
human-understandable tutorials that take the topics step by step. In less than a
year (of active effort), I learned HTML, CSS, OOP and .NET Core MVC in addition
to C#. If you are hesitant to join the paid course, try practical exercises -
just a few bucks for many hours of useful entertainment.

Future junior ASP.NET developer
Thanks to ICTdemy I've
developed an interest in programming and IT in general. The first course I
completed was Basics of webdesign, which started my career as a web developer.
Thanks to this course, I'm now developing web applications for clients,
including well-known multinational corporations.

Without ICTdemy, I might
not even have continued programming because I started with it not before
college. During the winter semester, I thought I'm gonna give up but then by
some miracle I passed the exam. Then I tried a completely different approach and
started learning mainly from ICTdemy and StackOverflow. It was probably the
milestone that got me where I'm today. I'm very happy about that, be sure to
keep up the good work! I'm working with ASP.NET Core now and I'll definitely use
more lessons from here.
Radek Nemec
ASP .NET developer
I got the basis of what
I can do from these courses and thanks to them I found a job that I really
enjoy. Further knowledge then just piled up thanks to practice... The story of
me deciding to be a programmer during my maternity leave and really getting
there probably doesn't sound like inspiration for young boys looking around...
But you can push yourself a bit when a girl with a baby did it, so you'll make
it too... :)

I can definitely say
that ICTdemy (then ICT.social) played an important role in my interest in
programming, I learned my basics there. I'm currently finishing my bachelor's
degree in IT. I was one of the first students in school programming competitions
several times. I also do programming in my free time, for example I coded some
stuff for ICTdemy too. After graduating, I plan to work as a programmer and I'm
not worried that I wouldn't find a place where I can apply my
skills.

The articles are great,
I loved the passion and detail for writing technical articles along with a
sample solution; that was the perfect combination for me to get completely
absorbed and unable to get away from gaining new knowledge. For a long time, I
messed with procedural code and my programs became more and more confusing. Then
I found super-written articles on a topic that interested me a lot but didn't
dare to start it on my own. (I didn't want to waste time looking for a solution
when I could just write it in my "own" style). That's why one day I decided to
pay for tutorials on the ICTdemy.com portal, I can recommend it to anyone who is
interested in web development and wants to start their career. I did it, and I
can say that a person who studied electrical engineering successfully became a
PHP developer. The articles you will find here are great both for beginners and
intermediate programmers and will open other possibilities for you to move on.
Invest in knowledge and skills, these are the keys to a better
future.
Mark Sloser
PHP developer
I started programming in
Delphi sometime at the eighth grade. At high school, we then switched to C# and
PHP. I learned both languages mainly from the ICTdemy website, because I wanted
to understand the language beyond the school curriculum. When I started college,
I switched to Java. ICTdemy was again opened every day. But I already had enough
experience to be able to answer questions to the community. After years being in
this community, I was offered to write a few articles. I accepted this with
great enthusiasm. Today, my articles introduce readers to the most important
parts of the Java programming language. After graduating from college, I got a
very decent job as a programmer.

I learned a lot of
things here, especially the theory, which I often lacked despite my quite solid
practical skills. At the moment, I was trying to study at a university, but I
was absolutely disappointed because we learned things using a completely wrong
approach from my point of view. I learned the same things easily at ICTdemy and
I still enjoyed it.

The courses helped me to
expand my existing knowledge and choose the right approach. Now I use them all
as part of my own project, which is fotobedna.cz. The project has a modified
frontend based on ICTdemy, a huge MVP administration and a desktop client
written in C# using MonoGame. During the COVID disease, my work focused more on
client marketing resurrecting my old company, so the course with the basics of
SEO was also useful.

A great place to gain
knowledge and skills for a wide range of technologies, mostly for free or for
symbolic prices. ICTdemy (originally ICT.social) helped me a lot in the years of
my junior programming, when I devoted myself almost daily to studying the
tutorials published here and at the same time putting the knowledge gained here
into practice at my work. Thanks to ICTdemy, I gained very valuable knowledge of
programming in C#, ASP.NET and creating front-ends in jQuery, Bootstrap (jQuery
flew then... :)) without studying programming at high school or
university.
