If not, I suggest you just to temporarily upload the page on a free hosting an send them the URL. Since you´ve said that the person don´t know much about computers, this seems to be the best solution.

Never heard of these guys, but remember that you need a complete website, not just the design. I'm not sure whether they do this too.
