I did not get the example in the " ENGLISH DATES" properly.... the line 4 that says : $day= $date ('j'), what does that ('j') stands for and why is it thier?
It's the number of days as the variable name suggests. "d" indicates the number of days with a leading zero, that's why they chose a different letter.
ok, thanks... that means the writer can suggest any letter?
