The basic structure is not available in the english version of the site. And it's not possible to create an account on the czech version (where the button to download the files seems to work) outside of Czech republic (or to use the account created on the english site).

Hello, I do not know why it sources were not attached to articles.
Please check the github repository https://github.com/stechy1/chat, where are the sources for each lecture in custom branch.
