I have downloaded HelloWPF.zip and attempted to run it on the community version of Visual Studio 2022. I open the zip file and Program folder and click on the Visual Studio Solution file “HelloWPF”.. Visual Studio starts but stops with the message “One or more projects in the solution were not loaded correctly. Please see the output file for details. Which reads as follows:

C:\Users\101dr\AppData\Local\Temp\Temp1_HelloWPF.zip\HelloWPF\HelloWPF\HelloWPF.csproj : error : The project file could not be loaded. Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\101dr\AppData\Local\Temp\Temp1_HelloWPF.zip\HelloWPF\HelloWPF\HelloWPF.csproj'. C:\Users\101dr\AppData\Local\Temp\Temp1_HelloWPF.zip\HelloWPF\HelloWPF\HelloWPF.csproj

I am running Windows 11 on a brand new HP laptop.
I have verified that programs from other sources do open and run correctly. I tried a second file from ictdemy with the same results.
